Levi was raised in Winkler. He attended Parkland Elementary School and graduated from Garden Valley Collegiate. After gaining admission to Robson Hall, Faculty of Law in 2014, Levi received his Juris Doctorate in 2017. He subsequently returned to Winkler and received his call to the Manitoba Bar in 2018. 

In 2022 - by God's divine intervention and grace - Levi met his beautiful wife, Martina. They currently reside in Plum Coulee. 

Levi often reflects on one of his favourites quotes: "Do it right. Do it your way. Do it with ethics, and a vision, and a plan, and have some fun with it..." With that advice in mind, Levi founded Levi Abram Law Corporation. His desire was to practice law the way it was intended to be practiced: with a dedication to the highest standards of ethics and client service. He strives to maintain an open-door policy, inviting clients to call or drop by his office for an update on their file or to chat about life.

Levi's experience spans a broad-range of legal areas: Employment, Real Estate, Litigation, Corporate, Wills & Estates, and Criminal. He's secured wrongful dismissal settlements, assisted clients with a variety of corporate transactions, defended clients from various claims and charges, and completed numerous real estate transactions. 

Outside the office, Levi enjoys spending time with his wife, studying scripture, and watching hockey. He is the Commissioner of the Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League, Chair of the Plum Coulee Community Foundation, and President of the United Way Pembina Valley.
